1. Doctors

· Must be registered with the Nigerian medical council

· Must possess at least 5 years post NYSC

2. Theatre Nurses/ Staff nurse / Midwife

· Must have registered with nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria

· Must possess at least 3 years post qualification working experience

3. Lab Scientist

· Must possess the necessary qualification in medical lab science from a recognized tertiary institution

· Must be registered with the medical lab science council of Nigeria

· Must possess at least 5 years post qualification working experience

4. Drivers

· Must possess at least a school leaving certificate and a current driver's license

· Must possess at 5 years driving experience and must not be less than 35 years of age
