We are looking for focused and determined individual with some experience to be part of our dynamic team:

Garage Manager

The Role:
The prospective Garage Manager will be deployed to run any of the company’s vehicle fleet in one of our breweries in the two geographical zones mentioned above. Specifically, the role is responsible for ensuring the maximum possible availability of several operational vehicles company’s regional fleet i.e. haulage vehicles, vending vehicles, forklifts and cars at lowest possible repair and maintenance costs. The role also entails maintaining accurate vehicle maintenance history as well as ensuring that the garage operates according to the company’s safety standards.

The Requirement
The ideal candidate should have (or meet) the following:

Minimum of BSC degree (2.2) or HND (lower Credit) in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.

Not more than 40 years of age as at 1st January, 2009, Evidence of having participated in the NYSC scheme, Should passionate about factory safety and minimization of hazards, Should have 2-3 years experience of managing a vehicle fleet garage

Willing to work in any of the locations in Nigeria where we have operations now or in future

Willing to travel at short notice to the depots or vehicle-accident and breakdown locations in the region.
Should be computer literate: at least be able to work with MS office, Should be resilient and able to perform under pressure
Should be a team player and possess good communication skills.
